City Builders reserves the right to adjust pricing upon discovery of new project information or scope changes.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide access to the job site during agreed working hours
Communicate design preferences, material selections, and changes in a timely manner
Make scheduled payments as per the terms outlined in their signed agreement
Remove or protect furniture/items not covered in the scope of work
City Builders is not responsible for damage to items not removed from work areas.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment schedules are outlined in each specific contract and are due based on project milestones, not individual line-item completions. All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is canceled after the agreement is signed, fees may apply for labor, materials, or project preparation already incurred.
5. Permits and Regulations
Unless otherwise specified, all permit fees, city inspection costs, and related municipal expenses are the responsibility of the client. City Builders adheres to applicable building codes, but changes due to regulatory requirements may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments.
6. Website Use
You may browse and submit forms on our website, but may not:
Copy or reproduce site content without permission
Use this website to transmit unauthorized advertising or spam
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with website operations
We reserve the right to block access or take legal action if terms are violated.
